Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Modelist website and waitlist at modelist.co (“Service”), operated by Modelist (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By joining the waitlist or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Beta / pre-launch status

Modelist is currently in pre-launch beta. The Service — including the marketplace, booking tools, and payment features — does not yet exist in its final form. Joining the waitlist gives you early access to updates and a reserved spot; it does not guarantee any specific feature, launch date, or service level.

We reserve the right to change, delay, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use the Service. By submitting your email you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you consent to receive email communications from us about the Modelist launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing contact@the-modelist.com.

Waitlist position is for informational purposes only. It does not create a contractual right to access the platform in any particular order or at all.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information (including a fake email address).
• Attempt to manipulate your waitlist position through automated or fraudulent means.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.

5. Intellectual property

All content on modelist.co — including the name “Modelist”, logo, design, copy, and code — is our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property for any purpose without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modelist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the pre-launch waitlist phase, is zero).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
